Partner Supplied Inclusions

As a Partner, it’s important to equip your caravan with the required inclusions, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for each hire. Below is a list of the essential Partner Supplied Inclusions that must be in your caravan. Please ensure that all personal items are removed before each rental.

Kitchen items

- 6 Knives, Forks, Spoons, Teaspoons (or x4 for couples caravans)
- 6 Dessert Bowls, Dinner Plates, Bread and Butter Plates (or x4 for couples caravans)
- 6 Drinking Glasses or Melamine Cups (or x4 for couples caravans)
- 4-6 Coffee Mugs (or x4 for couples caravans)
- Chopping Board
- Vegetable Peeler
- 1 Stay sharp Utility knife
- Can opener
- Bottle Opener
- Egg flip
- Tongs
- Scissors
- Fry pan
- Dish sponge (new for each hire)
- Dish brush
- Dish washing liquid
- 2 Tea Towels
- 3 various sized saucepans
- Rubbish Bin with new liner
- Salt & Pepper
- Spray on cooking oil
- Paper towel
- Aluminium foil
- Cling wrap
- Coffee & Sugar (prepackaged “sticks”)

Living equipment

- Information booklet covering setup and usage of the caravan (VCH can assist with preparing this)
- Mattress Protector(s) for all beds. We recommend wool/polyester blend from Spotlight
- Broom

- Cleaning tray with bottle of spray cleaner and 3 micro-fibre cloths
- Aerogard
